                The Genie Bi-Energy system combines the quiet, emission-free and efficient operation of a 48V DC machine with the versatility of a diesel powered generator to provide a boom that is ideal for indoor and outdoor applications. The Bi-Energy has the added feature of an on-board diesel powered generator. The generator acts as a 100 amp battery charger to provide enough electrical power to operate all boom functions even when the batteries are fully discharged. The direct electric, 48V drive system provides outstanding battery life when not using the engine generator. An on-board 25 amp AC charger is standard to provide a means for overnight charging.

The GS™-4047 full drive-height electric scissor lift, with a working height of almost 14 m and width of just 1.19 m, is suited to narrow spaces with high ceilings, such as industrial applications, while also offering big performance. The responsive four-wheel braking system of the GS-4047 scissor lift and its rigidity will help increase operator confidence when working at full height with a solid, durable construction and zero inside turning radius from a 3-person platform. With a 25% grade ability, up to 8 hour of battery life and lift capacity of up to 350 kg (770 lbs) it is an excellent edition to any rental fleet or maintenance operation.

Compact dimensions of 1.19 m (3 ft 11 in) width, compact footprint of just 2.44 m (8 ft) long, and 1.88 m (6 ft 2 in) unit height with folded guardrails, allow the GS-4047 to easily pass through standard double doors. In addition, Smart Link allows for improved troubleshooting with new grouped fault codes, easier battery charge detection and user-friendly machine adjustments.
